Roots 
 Niv, the sturdy serving plank, was born of a huge meliaceaea trunk found on the edge of a kibbutz in the "shfela" area. Looking at Niv you can see 3 textures and a rainbow of colors and all - by nature, without human intervention. No doubt - this is a plank that tells the story of the tree. 
 Family Gossip ...... 
 The cake on Niv is a traditional Swiss cake containing ginger and a variety of dried berries. When we put the cake on Niv, she said "Danke" and we could hear them singing Yodel together.
